| This is a large, nicely decorated, furnished double room in the Bellfields area of Guildford. Not far from the town centre, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. The room has a double bed, desk and chair, drawers, a bedside table and triple wardrobe. It is a light and spacious room. The pictures don't do it justice
The house has separate bathroom/toilet, and large fitted kitchen with all mod cons. The living room is light and airy and has French doors which lead into the garden which has a patio and lawn. There is wireless broadband connection in the house. The rent is all bills inclusive except for telephone. There's loads of storage space and ample parking.
I am looking for a single, friendly person to share with. Must be non-smoker and like cats.
