| We have a spacious single room to rent in Wandsworth, very close to Wandsworth Common. There are excellent transport links with the 77, 87 and 219 bus stops all close by as well as Earlsfield, Wandsworth Common and Clapham Junction stations.
The flat is only a short walk to Southside shopping centre and the bars, cafes and restaurants of East Hill and Northcote Road in Clapham Junction. The room is light and airy. It has been freshly painted and comes with a new single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
You will be sharing this lovely 3 bedroom maisonette with two other 35 year old professionals (1 male and 1 female). The flat is very homely and has a large living area and kitchen and is kept clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is interested in a place to call home and is considerate of others.
Rent is £470 inclusive of bills and wireless broadband. Security deposit is £400.
Weekend inspections preferred (other times may be suitable during the week also).
