We are looking for some amazing flatmates for next year:
Must be a student, between the ages of 18 and 24, and we are looking to move in a flat from mid/late August to the start of September.
We are looking for individuals who are easy going, like a night out/ night in, and are up for some laughs basically.
[Looking for people who will be friends, not just flatmates, who don't speak to each other.]
You would be sharing with two females, both 20, one going into 1st year Psychology and Sociology at QMU, and the other going into 2nd year Social Sciences at Napier.
We have been looking at flats in many areas including Leith Walk, New Town, Old Town, Slateford, Westend/Haymarket ( 5/4/3 bedroom flats) around the price range of £300-£340 each.
We have already visted a flat at the bottom of leith walk, which is spread over two floors, and is AMAZING!. I have some photos that I can forward on if anyone is interested. Its very bright and airy, wooden floors, high ceilings, huge kitchen with a great big dinning table....works out as £300 each and is 5 bedrooms. Obviously this is further away from most universities, however it is better value for money, and Leith Walk has excellent bus links throughout the city ( Edinburgh buses £1.20 wherever you go within the city).
However, we are going to view some more this week.
